You’ll probably figure it out yourself… but here’s the official version to maximise longevity and prevent any mishaps!
Using your Vinyl Ghost
Place your Vinyl Ghost gently onto the turntable spindle. It should sit comfortably without needing force.
Vinyl Ghosts are designed to sit on the spindle only and should not touch the grooves of your record. When used correctly, they will not affect sound quality.
Because each piece is handmade, the fit may vary slightly. If the fit feels tight, do not force it. Gentle placement is always best.
Turntable compatibility
Vinyl Ghosts are designed to fit standard turntable spindles (7mm diameter), which are used by most modern record players.
Vinyl Ghosts sit on the spindle and label area only - never the playable grooves.
If your turntable has a dust cover, you may prefer to remove the Vinyl Ghost before closing to prevent the cover coming into contact with the Vinyl Ghost.
General Care
Vinyl Ghosts are small handmade objects and should be handled with care.
Avoid dropping them onto hard surfaces, as this may cause damage.
Keep away from excessive heat or prolonged direct sunlight, as very high temperatures may cause changes over time.
Store somewhere safe when not in use, especially if transporting your turntable or equipment.
Cleaning
Dust can be removed using a soft dry cloth or a very soft brush.
Avoid water, alcohol, or chemical cleaning products, as these may affect the finish.
If needed, gently wipe with a dry microfiber cloth.
Handmade Characteristics
Each Vinyl Ghost is handmade individually. Small variations in shape, surface texture, or paint are part of the character of the piece and make each one unique.

Vinyl Ghosts are collectible objects and are not toys.
Handle with care and keep away from very young children.
