Find your Carousel Club order confirmation in the email inbox used at checkout (check your spam or junk folder).

Click View your order or follow the order status link in your confirmation. If Shopify asks you to verify, sign in or provide your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout. Your order number is in the confirmation.

For shipped orders, follow the tracking link on the order status page or in your shipping confirmation. Carrier tracking, including PostNL or Royal Mail where applicable, may appear after the carrier has processed your parcel.
